Common use of Specificity of Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Specificity of Adjustment. Regardless of any adjustment in the number or kind of shares ------------------------- purchasable upon the exercise of the Series B Warrants, Warrant Certificates theretofore or thereafter issued may continue to express the same number and kind of Warrant Shares per Series B Warrant as are stated on the Warrant Certificates initially issuable pursuant to this Agreement.
