Specified Authorities. With respect to cable television properties, the communities included in the related Franchise Areas, the FCC, the Copyright Office, the FAA, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Department of Public Utilities of the State of Connecticut and all other Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over the Companies and/or any CATV Franchise; (b) with respect to broadcast television properties, the FCC, the FAA and all other Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over the Companies and/or any FCC License; and (c) with respect to DBS Rights, all Governmental Authorities, if any, having jurisdiction over the Companies and/or any such DBS Rights.
