Specified dates Clause Samples

The 'Specified dates' clause defines particular calendar dates that are relevant to the contract's obligations or milestones. It typically outlines when certain actions must be taken, such as delivery deadlines, payment due dates, or project completion targets. By clearly identifying these key dates, the clause ensures all parties are aware of their time-sensitive responsibilities, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or missed deadlines.
