Specified Hours on Any Day Sample Clauses

The 'Specified Hours on Any Day' clause defines the exact hours during which certain activities, services, or work are permitted or required to take place on any given day. Typically, this clause will outline a daily time window, such as 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, within which employees must perform their duties or contractors may access a site. By clearly establishing these time boundaries, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about work schedules, ensures compliance with operational or legal requirements, and manages expectations for all parties involved.
