Specified others. a. Members of the employee’s immediate household; or b. The employee’s spouse, parents, or children as defined in the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (hereafter referred to as the “FMLA”); or c. The employee’s parents-in-law as defined in the Oregon Family Leave Act (hereafter referred to as “OFLA”); or d. The employee’s domestic partner as designated in an Affidavit of Domestic Partnership submitted to Employee Benefits; or e. The children and parents of such domestic partner, defined as if the domestic partner were the employee’s spouse. f. Any individual related by blood or affinity whose close association with the employee is the equivalent of a family relationship.
