Specified Overcollateralization Amount. On any Payment Date prior to the Stepdown Date, is an amount equal to 2.25% of the Initial Invested Amount and on any Payment Date on or after the Stepdown Date is an amount equal to the greater of (i) 0.50% of the Initial Invested Amount and (ii) 4.50% of the Invested Amount for such Payment Date.
