Common use of Specified Person Clause in Contracts

Specified Person. For purposes of this definition, control of a person means the power, direct or indirect, to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such person whether by contract or otherwise; and the terms "controlling" and "controlled" have meanings correlative to the foregoing.

Specified Person. For the purposes of this definition, control of a person "CONTROL" when used with respect to any specified Person means the power, direct or indirect, power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such person Person, directly or indirectly, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise; and the terms "controllingCONTROLLING" and "controlledCONTROLLED" have meanings correlative to the foregoing.
