Common use of Specimen Signatures Clause in Contracts

Specimen Signatures. All instructions issued by the Company, the Selling Shareholders and the Share Escrow Agent shall be valid instructions if signed by one representative of each of the Company, the Selling Shareholders and the Share Escrow Agent, as the case maybe, the name and specimen signatures of whom are annexed hereto as Part A, Part B, Part C, Part E and Part F of Annexure I.
