Common use of Speech Language Pathologist Clause in Contracts

Speech Language Pathologist. Language Pathologists who achieve and maintain national certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) will have the cost of recertification paid for by the District. This Memorandum of Understanding will expire June 30, 2023 or when national certification is no longer required in order for the District to receive third party billing dollars for services provided by Speech- Language Pathologists.
