SpinCo Subsidiaries. The Company covenants and agrees to cause, upon request of the Manager, any or all present or subsequently acquired Subsidiaries who are at any time a Service Recipient to execute such documentation and take such further action as may be necessary or desirable to accomplish the purposes of this Agreement or the agreements or arrangements contemplated by this Agreement.
