Common use of Spouse Clause in Contracts

Spouse. A “spouse” is a person of the same or opposite sex who is married to the employee or who has cohabited with the employee in a conjugal relationship for at least twelve (12) months, unless specifically outlined in other Articles in this Collective Agreement.

Spouse. A “spouse” is a person of the same or opposite sex who is married to the employee or who has cohabited with the employee in a conjugal relationship for at least twelve (12) consecutive months, unless specifically outlined in other Articles in this Collective Agreement.

Spouse. A “When the word "spouse” " is used it shall mean a person of the same or opposite sex who whom the Employee is married to the employee or who has cohabited with the employee lived in a conjugal relationship with the Employee for at least twelve (12) months, unless specifically outlined in other Articles in this Collective Agreement.

Spouse. A “spouse” spouse is a person of the same or opposite sex who to whom the employee is married to or with whom the employee or who has cohabited with the employee in a conjugal relationship for at least twelve six (126) months, unless specifically outlined in other Articles in this Collective Agreementmonths or more.
