Spraying Sample Clauses

The Spraying clause defines the rights and responsibilities of parties regarding the application of sprays, such as pesticides or herbicides, on a property. It typically outlines who is authorized to perform spraying, the types of substances that may be used, and any notification or safety requirements that must be followed. For example, the clause may require the property owner to inform tenants before spraying or restrict spraying to certain times of year. Its core function is to ensure safe and transparent management of spraying activities, minimizing health risks and potential disputes between parties.
