Spring Semester 2024. The University grants the Licensee permission to occupy a bed space within the Housing and Residence Life facilities as a Licensee (hereafter the “Premises”) for the fee period listed below for their community. This includes a mandatory meal plan for the South Village Community. The University may withdraw such permission in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The specific assignment of a bed space shall be made at the discretion of the University. The University reserves the right to adjust the assignment based on student conduct, administrative need, and space availability without any form of compensation. a. Returning and continuing Cal State LA students are Licensees who were enrolled as a student prior to the 2024 Spring Semester. b. Phase I, Phase II, Golden Eagle Apartments and South Village Residence Halls i. Spring 2024 Housing opens on Friday, January 19, 2024. i. Students will be assigned a move-in appointment for January 19, 2024, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. ii. Students who have a license agreement for the spring Semester are eligible to remain in their assigned space for the semester which includes spring break.

Phase I, Phase II, Golden Eagle Apartments, and South Village Residence Halls i. Spring 2024 housing opens on Friday, January 19, 2024, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. i. Students will be assigned a move-in appointment for January 19, 2024, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. ii. Students who have a license agreement for the Spring Semester are eligible to remain in their assigned space for spring break. i. Spring Break 2024: April 1, 2024 - April 7, 2024. 1. Dining services will be available during this time; mealtimes and options may be altered based on need and demand. iii. All housing closes on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 2 p.m. Licensee agrees to move out by that time.

  • Payments Within Twelve (12) Months Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, the Company has not made any direct or indirect payments (in cash, securities or otherwise) to: (i) any person, as a finder’s fee, consulting fee or otherwise, in consideration of such person raising capital for the Company or introducing to the Company persons who raised or provided capital to the Company; (ii) any FINRA member; or (iii) any person or entity that has any direct or indirect affiliation or association with any FINRA member, within the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date, other than the payment to the Underwriters as provided hereunder in connection with the Offering.

  • Selection Under a Fixed Budget Services for assignments which the Association agrees meet the requirements of paragraph 3.5 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of a Fixed Budget in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.5 of the Consultant Guidelines.

  • Term Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit Quarterly Sales Reports in the manner and format required by the Department within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department. Sales will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. If no sales are recorded in two consecutive quarters, the Contractor may be placed on probationary status, or the Department may terminate the Term Contract. Failure to provide the Quarterly Sales Report, or other reports requested by the Department, will result in the imposition of financial consequences and may result in the Contractor being found in default and the termination of the Term Contract.
