SSA. Settlement off any sum of money due and payment to Franchisee, RD, under the agreement or otherwise shall be appropriated by BSNL and same shall be sett-off against any claim of BSNL for payment of sum of money arising out of this agreement of other agreement made by Franchisee/RD with BSNL.
