SSA. If the results of the CPA’s review indicate that the Permitted Entity and/or Financial Institution has not complied with any term of this user agreement or the Banking Bill, SSA, in addition to referring the matter to the appropriate regulatory enforcement agency in accordance with the Banking Bill, may: A. Perform its own onsite inspection, audit, or compliance review; B. In accordance with federal law, refer the report to its Office of the Inspector General for appropriate action, including referral to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution; C. Suspend eCBSV services; D. Terminate this user agreement; and/or,
