Common use of Stabilization Period Clause in Contracts

Stabilization Period. 6.4.1. The initial duration from the Start Date of this Agreement up-to 15th November 2022 shall be called as “Stabilization period” under the Agreement. For Avoidance of any doubt in this regard, it is hereby expressly clarified that unless agreed otherwise all the other terms and conditions including Oil Sales Price under this Agreement shall be applicable during Stabilization period.
