Common use of STAFF COMMITMENT Clause in Contracts

STAFF COMMITMENT. 18. If this Settlement Agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 21 below.

If this Settlement Agreement settlement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 21 143 below.

If this Settlement Agreement settlement agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Affinity Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreementsettlement agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 21 38 below.

If the Commission approves this Settlement Agreement is approved by the CommissionAgreement, Staff will not initiate commence any proceeding against the Respondent under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 21 44 below.
