Staffing and Safety Sample Clauses

The Staffing and Safety clause establishes requirements for maintaining adequate personnel and safe working conditions throughout the duration of a project or service. It typically obligates the party providing services to ensure that all staff are properly qualified, trained, and present in sufficient numbers to perform the work safely and efficiently. Additionally, it may require compliance with relevant health and safety laws, the use of protective equipment, and prompt reporting of any incidents. The core function of this clause is to minimize workplace accidents and ensure that the project is completed without compromising the well-being of workers or the quality of the work.
