STAFFING AND WORKING CONDITIONS. 12.01 In accordance with the Education Act, related Statutes and Regulations of the Province of Ontario, the Board agrees to staff elementary schools based on September 30 enrolment and Ministry of Education funding using the prescribed staffing ratios. 12.01.01 The following staffing factors shall be used as guidelines for consultation in the Board determining school staffing for the 2005/2006 school year, consistent with Ministry funding. A copy of the average class size report will be provided to the Bargaining Unit President at the same time as the submission to the Ministry of Education. These factors may be adjusted annually to reflect Ministry grants which provide for lower class size.
