AT&T may, at any time, request immediate removal and replacement of any resourceRepresentative(s), or other employee of Supplier (e.g. trainers, supervisors, etc.) for performance reasons. Supplier shall, at Supplier’s sole expense, remove and replace such Representative(s) or employee(s). Supplier shall not reassign such Representative(s) or employee(s) to any AT&T Program(s).
