STAFFING FOR EXTENDED SCHOOL YEAR (ESY) AND SEASONAL BREAK SESSION PROGRAMS. 5.15.1 When staffing for Extended School Year and Seasonal Break programs, the District will use the following non-ranked criteria to determine the selection of candidates: i. Unit members who complete and submit the Interest form on time ii. Seniority within the classification on a rotational basis iii. Placement according to program and student needs iv. Consideration of the most recent performance evaluation 5.15.2 All personnel will be allowed to miss one day during ESY and Seasonal Break Session Programs. After the second day, they may be replaced by the next eligible person in the classification. 5.15.3 Because these programs are “Extra Dutyno vacation, personal necessity, or sick days will be available to the employee for missed days. 5.15.4 Sick and vacation days will be accrued as required by law.

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.
