Staffing Formulas Sample Clauses

A Staffing Formulas clause defines the method or criteria used to determine the number and types of personnel required for a project or service. Typically, this clause outlines specific ratios, benchmarks, or calculations based on factors such as workload, project size, or client needs. For example, it may require one supervisor for every ten workers or set minimum staffing levels for safety or operational efficiency. The core function of this clause is to ensure that adequate and appropriate staffing is maintained, thereby supporting project success and compliance with contractual or regulatory requirements.
