Common use of Staffing Requirement Clause in Contracts

Staffing Requirement. A. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain the projected staffing as specified in Exhibit (FY22) 2 Staffing of this Agreement. B. The CONTRACTOR’s staffing shall be provided at least at the minimum licensing requirements as set forth in Title 9, Title 19, and Title 22 of the CCR, and Medi-Cal regulations. C. The CONTRACTOR shall have psychiatric services available to support clients from ages 6 through 21 and the ability to provide treatment to clients with co-occurring disorders as part of the service continuum.
