Stage One. An aggrieved employee shall first submit any representations in writing to the employee’s immediate supervisor or other representative designated by the Employer from time to time either directly or through the employee’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Any such grievance shall be presented within seven (7) days of the time when it arose or within seven (7) days from his/her knowledge of the occurrence giving rise to the grievance.
