Staging and Storage Areas. Staging and storage areas for equipment, materials, fuels, lubricants, and solvents shall be located where they may not pass into waters of the state (Fish & G. Code § 89.1), the stream bed, bank, channel, including but not limited to dry, ponded, flowing, or wetland areas, drainages, or other sensitive habitat, unless otherwise approved by CDFW in writing.
