Stakeholder Input. A. Contracted LIDDA will appoint a stakeholder committee that will: 1. Provide input to the contracted LIDDA on the provision of the Program and assist in determining the needs of the LIDDAs and Providers in the DSA regarding the Program. 2. The stakeholder committee must include at least one of each of the following member types and include membership from each LIDDA in the DSA: (a) Person receiving LIDDA, HCS, or TxHmL services; (b) Family member of a person receiving LIDDA, HCS, or TxHmL services; (c) Provider; and
