Common use of Stamp and other duties Clause in Contracts

Stamp and other duties. The Borrowers agree, jointly and severally, to pay to the Agent on demand all stamp, documentary, registration or other like duties or taxes (including any duties or taxes payable by the Creditors or any of them) imposed on or in connection with this Agreement and the other Relevant Documents and shall indemnify the Creditors against any liability arising by reason of any delay or omission by the Borrowers or any of them to pay such duties or taxes.
