Common use of Stamp Duties Clause in Contracts

Stamp Duties. The Guarantors hereby agree to pay all stamp, registration and other taxes and duties (including any interest and penalties thereon or in connection therewith) which are payable upon or in connection with the execution and delivery of this Guarantee, and to indemnify the Beneficiaries against any claim, demand, action, liability, damages, cost, loss or expense (including, without limitation, legal fees and any applicable value added tax) which any of them incur as a result or arising out of or in relation to any failure to pay or delay in paying any of the same.

Stamp Duties. The Guarantors hereby agree to Guarantor shall pay all stamp, registration and other similar taxes and duties (including any interest and penalties thereon or in connection therewith) which are payable upon or in connection with the execution and delivery of this Deed of Guarantee, and to indemnify the Beneficiaries against any claim, demand, action, liability, damages, cost, loss or expense (including, without limitation, legal fees and any applicable value added tax) which any of them incur as a result or arising out of or in relation to any failure to pay or delay in paying any of the same.

The Each of the Guarantors hereby agree to shall pay all stamp, registration and other taxes and duties (including any interest and penalties thereon or in connection therewith) which are may be payable upon on or in connection with the execution and delivery performance of this GuaranteeGuarantee Agreement, and to shall indemnify the Beneficiaries Trustee against any claim, demand, action, liability, damages, costcosts, loss or expense expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees and any applicable value added tax) which any of them it may properly incur as a result or arising out of or in relation to any failure to pay or delay in paying any of the same.
