Standard Conditions; Definitions. The Standard Conditions (as defined in Section 1.01 of the SECO Co-financing Agreement) constitute an integral part of this Agreement. Unless the context requires otherwise, the capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meanings ascribed to them in the preamble to this agreement, the SECO Co-financing Agreement or the Standard Conditions.
