Common use of Standard Form Agreement Clause in Contracts

Standard Form Agreement. 1.1.1 The Purchaser acknowledges that this is the Town’s standard form of agreement of purchase and sale for industrial land. Any addition, deletion or alteration made to this agreement by the Purchaser shall be clearly shown by highlighting or strikeout and initialed by the Purchaser, failing which this agreement shall be read as though such addition, deletion or alteration had not been made.
