Copies of the Company’s, Pearl’s and each Subsidiary of Pearl’s standard form(s) of non-disclosure agreement and the Company’s standard form(s), including attachments, of non-exclusive licenses of the Company Products to end-users (collectively, the “Standard Form Agreements”) have been made available to Buyer.
