Copies of the Company’s and the Subsidiaries’ standard form(s) of agreements for distribution, sale, support, or use of Company Products, including end user license agreements, distributor agreements, and support services agreements (collectively, the “Standard Form Agreements”) are attached to Schedule 2.14(e) of the Company Disclosure Letter.
