Common use of Standard Form Agreements Clause in Contracts

Standard Form Agreements. Copies of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ standard form(s) of nondisclosure agreement and the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ standard form(s), including attachments, of non-exclusive licenses of the Company Products and non-exclusive agreements to provide the Company Products to end-users (collectively, the “Standard Form Agreements”) have been made available to Acquiror.
