Standard Methodology Clause Samples

The Standard Methodology clause defines the specific procedures, calculations, or frameworks that parties must use to perform certain tasks or assessments under the agreement. Typically, this clause references industry-accepted methods or established protocols, ensuring that all parties use the same approach when, for example, measuring performance, calculating fees, or determining compliance. By mandating a uniform methodology, the clause eliminates ambiguity and potential disputes over differing interpretations, thereby promoting consistency and fairness in the execution of contractual obligations.
