Common use of Standard of Operations Clause in Contracts

Standard of Operations. Landlord shall operate the Premises, Building ---------------------- and Real Property in accordance with the standard of operation at least commensurate with the general standard of operation of other buildings and building projects located in Frankfurt/Main that are comparable in age, location, quality of construction, services and amenities to the Premises, Building and the Real Property. In addition, Landlord shall provide, for the use by Tenant and its customers, agents and employees on a 24 hour by 365 days basis, ("Business Hours"), building utility services and building maintenance personnel who shall be on duty in the Building or reasonably available to Tenant and capable of immediately performing any services or work required.
