Standard of Performance Warranties. ‌ A. Standard of Performance. Contractor will perform all work with the requisite skill and diligence consistent with professional standards for the industry and type of work performed under the Agreement, and pursuant to the governing rules and regulations of the industry. Contractor acknowledges that the Court relies on the accuracy, competence, and completeness of Contractor’s services. Contractor will efficiently use the resources or services necessary to provide the work; and provide the work in the most cost-efficient manner consistent with the required level of quality and performance. The work will be provided free and clear of all liens, claims, and encumbrances.
