Common use of Standard of Performance Warranties Clause in Contracts

Standard of Performance Warranties. A. Standard of Performance. Contractor will perform all Work with the requisite skill and diligence consistent with professional standards for the industry and type of work performed under the Agreement, and pursuant to the governing rules and regulations of the industry. Contractor understands that the JBE relies on the accuracy, competence, and completeness of Contractor’s services. Contractor will maintain and implement industry-standard safeguards against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of Data and the JBE’s Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in applicable laws, rules, and regulations, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.
