Common use of Standard of Performance Clause in Contracts

Standard of Performance. Consultant shall perform all services required pursuant to this Agreement in the manner and according to the standards observed by a competent practitioner of the profession in which Consultant is engaged in the geographical area in which Consultant practices its profession. Consultant shall prepare all work products required by this Agreement in a substantial, first-class manner and shall conform to the standards of quality normally observed by a person practicing in Consultant's profession.

Standard of Performance. Consultant shall perform all services required pursuant to this Agreement in the manner and according to the standards observed by a competent practitioner of the profession in which Consultant is engaged in the geographical area in which Consultant practices its profession. Standard of Performance. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant shall perform all use commercially reasonable efforts to provide services required of a type and quality that are compatible with then-existing professional standards for services substantially similar to the services being rendered pursuant to this Agreement in the manner and according to the standards observed by a competent practitioner of the profession in which Consultant is engaged in the geographical area in which Consultant practices its professionAgreement. Standard of Performance. Consultant shall perform all services required pursuant to Services as set forth in this Agreement in the manner with that degree of skill, care and according diligence customarily required of a professional performing services of comparable scope, purpose and magnitude comparable and similar to the standards observed by a competent practitioner nature of the profession Services to be provided under this Agreement, and in which Consultant is engaged in conformance with the geographical area in which Consultant practices its professionapplicable professional standards. Consultant shall prepare all work products required by this Agreement in a substantial, first-class manner and shall conform to the standards of quality normally observed by a person practicing in Consultant's professionAgreement.

Standard of Performance. Consultant shall perform all services required pursuant to this Agreement in the manner and according to the standards observed by a competent practitioner of the profession in which Consultant is engaged in the geographical area in which Consultant practices its profession. Consultant shall prepare all work products required by this Agreement in a substantial, first-class professional manner and shall conform to the standards of quality normally observed by a competent person practicing in Consultant's profession.

Consultant shall perform all services required pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with the usual and customary manner and according to the standards observed by a competent practitioner of the profession in which Consultant is engaged in the geographical area in which Consultant practices its profession.
