Common use of Standard of Promptness Clause in Contracts

Standard of Promptness. Where the Agent is obliged by the provisions of this Article 15 to give any notice or notification "promptly" or "forthwith", if it gives such notice or notification within two (2) Business Days of an officer of it charged with the administration of this Agreement becoming aware of the subject matter of such notice or notification, it shall be deemed to have given such notice or notification promptly or forthwith.
