Standard Payment Terms. Customer shall pay fees and charges for the Services in the amount specified on the Service Order in accordance with this Agreement. A one-time charge ("OTC") is a nonrecurring fee for construction, service installation charge(s), repair, replacement, or any other nonrecurring costs or charges. "Equipment" means the components (e.g., any gateway or edge electronic device, node, router, switch, communications lines/cables, etc.) that make up the Network. "Network" means all of the physical elements necessary to provide the Services.
