STANDARD PLAYER AGREEMENT. Section 7.1. Form: All Players will execute an SPA, in a standard form agreed to by the parties, which shall be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit 1. No individual agreement concerning a Player’s terms and conditions of employment shall be valid unless it is between a Player and the PWHL, signed by each party, and contained in an SPA. The PWHL shall provide electronic copies of all executed SPAs, or any part thereof, if executed at different times, as well as any other documents signed by any Player and the PWHL, to the PWHLPA within seven (7) days of their execution.
