Common use of STANDARD PRACTICES Clause in Contracts

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that CenturyTel shall be adopting some industry standard practices and/or establishing its own standard practices to various requirements hereunder applicable to the CLEC industry which may be added in the CenturyTel Guide. LEVEL 3 agrees that CenturyTel may implement such practices to satisfy any CenturyTel obligations under this Agreement, CenturyTel will provide LEVEL 3 with 30 days written notice of any change; provided, however, that where a dispute arises between the Parties with respect to a conflict between the CenturyTel Guide and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that CenturyTel shall be adopting some industry standard practices (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF)) and/or establishing its own standard practices to various requirements hereunder applicable to the CLEC industry which may be added in the CenturyTel Service Guide. LEVEL 3 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that CenturyTel may implement such practices to satisfy any CenturyTel obligations under this Agreement, CenturyTel will provide LEVEL 3 with 30 days written notice of any change; provided, however, that where a dispute arises in the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity, conflict or other discrepancy between the Parties with respect to a conflict between the CenturyTel Guide or among such standard practices and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevailcontrol.

LEVEL 3 CD agrees that CenturyTel may implement such practices to satisfy any CenturyTel obligations under this Agreement, . CenturyTel will provide LEVEL 3 CD with 30 days written notice of information concerning any change; provided, however, that where a dispute arises between the Parties with respect to a conflict between the CenturyTel Service Guide and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

LEVEL 3 CD agrees that CenturyTel may implement such practices to satisfy any CenturyTel obligations under this Agreement, . CenturyTel will provide LEVEL 3 CD with 30 information thirty (30) days written notice of concerning any change; provided, however, that where a dispute arises between the Parties with respect to a conflict between the CenturyTel Service Guide and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

LEVEL 3 Global agrees that CenturyTel may implement such practices to satisfy any CenturyTel obligations under this Agreement, CenturyTel will provide LEVEL 3 with 30 days written notice of any change; provided, however, that where a dispute arises between the Parties with respect to a conflict between the CenturyTel Guide and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

LEVEL 3 **CLEC agrees that CenturyTel may implement such practices in its attempt to satisfy any CenturyTel obligations under this Agreement, . CenturyTel will provide LEVEL 3 **CLEC with 30 thirty (30) days written notice of any change; provided, however, that where a dispute arises between the Parties with respect to a conflict between the CenturyTel Guide and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

The Parties acknowledge that CenturyTel shall be adopting some selected industry standard practices and/or establishing its own standard practices to meet various requirements hereunder applicable to the CLEC industry which may be added in the CenturyTel Service Guide. LEVEL 3 DAYSTARR agrees that CenturyTel may implement such practices to satisfy any CenturyTel obligations under this Agreement, CenturyTel will provide LEVEL 3 Agreement to the extent such practices are not in conflict with 30 days written notice terms of any change; provided, however, that where a dispute arises between the Parties with respect to a conflict between the CenturyTel Guide and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevailand are, at a minimum, equal to such standard practices.
