Standard Service Features. 2.1.2.1 Trunk Capacity (bundled). A “trunk” is a communications link that provides capacity to enable a VCE user to place a call to a terminating user (either internet protocol (IP) or public switched telephone network (PSTN)). For the Standard Plan options, Customer will purchase a sufficient amount of trunk capacity separately to support the expected simultaneous call volume for its end users. For the Premier Plan options, the trunks are included with the purchase of the Premier Plan. Trunk capacity includes unlimited intra-enterprise voice over IP (VoIP) calling (VoIP origination and termination within Customer’s enterprise), and unlimited local calling and unlimited long distance (LD). Calls to international locations can also be made but are billed at metered rates. For the Standard Plan options, Customer will maintain its initial trunk capacity for at least 30 days before requesting any decrease. At any given time, Customer may only place as many concurrent calls as the number of premier users or standard trunks it has purchased.
