Standard Software Warranty Exclusions. The Standard Software Warranty does not apply to any Software that (A) has been altered or modified, except by Seller; (B) has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with instructions supplied by Seller; (C) has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident; or (D) is used in ultra-hazardous activities.
