Standard Specifications. Developer shall comply, and require compliance by any of its General Contractor, Subcontractors, employees, and agents, with the editions of the following reference specifications that are in effect as of the date of the approval of the Approved Drawings and Specifications for purposes of the bids when designing, developing, and constructing the Project: the Greenbook and the regional and any local supplement amendments thereto that are listed on Exhibit B attached hereto.
