Common use of Standard Working Hours Clause in Contracts

Standard Working Hours. 5.1.1 IT-C’s standard working Hours for the provision of remote Support services are 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) unless expressly stated otherwise in the Agreement. 5.1.2 IT-C’s standard working Hours for the provision of onsite Support services are 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) unless expressly stated otherwise in the Agreement (Including 1 hour for lunch). 5.1.3 Consultants will work on varying shift patterns within the hours stated above. This means that individual Consultants do not necessarily work from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM on a daily basis.
