Standards and Guidelines. A Planned Unit Development shall be allowed by Special Permit with Site Plan Review in PUDB and PUDB1 Overlay Districts and shall be regulated by the requirements of Section 16. PUDB and PUDB1 Districts shall be overlay districts on the zoning map. For any land within a PUDB or PUDB1 overlay district, a developer may choose to conform either to all the controls which govern the base district(s) or to all the PUD development controls and processes. The Planning Board shall serve as the Special Permit Granting Authority in the PUDB AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 7 AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 16
