Standards For Provision of Care Clause Samples

The "Standards For Provision of Care" clause defines the minimum quality and professional benchmarks that must be met when delivering healthcare or related services under an agreement. It typically requires that care be provided in accordance with applicable laws, industry best practices, and any specific guidelines set by regulatory bodies or accrediting organizations. This clause ensures that recipients receive safe, effective, and appropriate care, and it helps protect both parties by setting clear expectations and reducing the risk of substandard service or legal liability.
