Common use of Standards for Services Clause in Contracts

Standards for Services. Services provided by the Design Professional shall meet the standards established by the School District. These standards shall include the Design Professional’s submittals of phase submissions to the Program Manager and the School District for their review. The Design Professional shall include a mandatory electronic filing with the School District of the Phase Submission Checklist with each phase submission. The website address for obtaining a hard copy of the Phase Submission Checklist has either been included in the RFP or can be obtained from the Program Manager. All relevant elements of the Phase Submission Checklist must be completed by the Design Professional. Models and renderings shall not be required for this Work of the Design Professional as a Basic Service and are Additional Services.
