STANDARDS General. The following list of Standards are included for information purposes only, and as a guide to the relevant standards for the general nature of the work identified as Footpath Works in this document. The City makes no representation or warranty as to the currency of the standards identified, or their application on the final design of the Footpath Works. The Developer must make its own enquiries regarding whether any standard has been replaced or supplemented.
STANDARDS General. 9.1 All work must be carried out in a professional manner and the site left tidy with all unused materials being removed on completion. 9.2 The contractor will be responsible for the safe keeping of machinery and equipment for the duration of the contract. 9.3 To minimise the risk of site contamination, special care will be taken when refuelling machinery or replenishing machine lubricants. 9.4 Such work will be carried out away from areas of open water or watercourses, drains and soakaways. 9.5 As the public can be present in the vicinity, special care must be taken to ensure that all gates are left as they are found and that no machinery, equipment or materials are stored on the site in such a way that it presents a hazard to the public. 9.6 The Contractor shall make good any damage caused to roads, tracks, fences, walls, gates, gateposts, bridges and culverts, and all other property of Natural England, its tenants and licensees. 9.7 All litter arising from the work shall be removed from the site.

  • Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the RP.

  • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All Projects/Services shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the Director.

  • NMHS Governance, Safety and Quality Requirements 2.1 Participates in the maintenance of a safe work environment. 2.2 Participates in an annual performance development review. 2.3 Supports the delivery of safe patient care and the consumers’ experience including participation in continuous quality improvement activities in accordance with the requirements of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and other recognised health standards. 2.4 Completes mandatory training (including safety and quality training) as relevant to role. 2.5 Performs duties in accordance with Government, WA Health, North Metropolitan Health Service and Departmental / Program specific policies and procedures. 2.6 Abides by the WA Health Code of Conduct, Occupational Safety and Health legislation, the Disability Services Act and the Equal Opportunity Act.

  • EMHS Governance, Safety and Quality Requirements 4.1 Participates in the maintenance of a safe work environment. 4.2 Actively participates in the Peak Performance program. 4.3 Supports the delivery of safe patient care and the consumers’ experience including participation in continuous quality improvement activities in accordance with the requirements of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and other recognised health standards. 4.4 Completes mandatory training (including safety and quality training) as relevant to role. 4.5 Performs duties in accordance with the EMHS Vision and Values, WA Health Code of Conduct, Occupational Safety and Health legislation, the Disability Services Act and the Equal Opportunity Act and Government, WA Health, EMHS and Departmental / Program specific policies and procedures.
